Quarterly Estimated Taxes: Are You On Track?

Unlike traditional W-2 employees who have taxes withheld from each paycheck, entrepreneurs and freelancers are responsible for calculating and paying their own taxes quarterly using Form 1040-ES.
The four payment deadlines fall in April, June, September, and January. Failing to pay sufficient quarterly estimated taxes triggers IRS and state underpayment penalties, even if you pay your total balance in full by April 15.
We help business owners accurately calculate projected annual income, determine quarterly payments, and avoid painful year-end surprises.
